How is Compuware?

Hi,

Got an offer from Compuware as a permanent FTE. Will be working for one of their client though and will be keep changing clients if necessary later. So this FTE really is no different than a contract position. Anybody work for Compuware and can give some pro/con? Will leave a Health Care billing software company, stable for now but technology very outdated and poorly designed/architected. Also the company IT dept. is outsourced to india and could happen to my position sometime later as well.
