俺上职场论坛，特爱看你和其他6毛们的正，回贴s。
上班累了一天，无论上线是啥心情，下线总是乐荷荷滴，谢了。
俺的philosophy是，高高兴兴就行。

你也是老油子了，当然知道，知识可以从多种途径获得。
看书做习题是一种common way，但不是唯一的。因它不是interactive，所以较boring 和累。It requires more energy and selfdispline to work on it。

Learning on job is an effective way to me, which helps reinforce your problem solving skills and accumulate experiences.
换句话说，你上了8小时的班，已学了5个小时的课，假设你贡献了3小时个WXC：）

Mentoring is one of interactive learning forms, you can learn ideas and knowhows, tips, lessons from mentors， among others.

俺觉得：像老胸这样较senior的银（logic 底子好，有经验，知道上哪去找到helps 或other resources， including knowledge），priority不高的时候，并非一定要苦自己去看专业书，倒是可以多练练鸟语（6毛们，别砸俺，俺在认真讲话那）和鸟语的文化，免得到时有苦不会诉。

真到了priority高时，凭撅胸的经验，底子，和leveraging 别人的知识,坐下来一，两星期，也能把相近专业的课本给搞定啦。
