APPLICATION DBA is charge of performance tunning

always get my hands dirty.our goal is moving business logic into database side to gain better performance as a whole.

dont know why this role available then, backend developer can also get the job done and this approach is widely adapted by over 70% of web development team. i'm not fun of this one though.
