Should I accept this offer

I got an offer for an accounting analyst position from a fortune 500 company which is only a few miles away from my home. The salary is little bit higher than my current salary with a same size company. However the title is lower, the benefits are not as good as the current company and the major responsibility is AR. The problem is that my current responsibilities will be moved out to another state by this year end. I am recently promoted to a senior position and my boss told me that my job is safe. Do I need to accept this offer or reject it? If reject, I might risk of being laid off. If accept, I might get bored of doing something that I don't like. Any thought would be appreciated.
