请教怎样学习SQL比较快捷？

在我要找的工作中，IT,
SQL不是必须，
但却是锦上添花的，
考也不会考的太深，
毕竟不是专职的DBA，
因此我想稍微学习一下，
最精髓的东西，
有点基本working experience,
不需要精通，
但是保持以后skill set上的可扩展性，
不知道应该如何上手比较快？
