what topic should I talk on the one one one meet with boss

boss set up one on one meeting saying:
"Just a regular sync meeting to see how things are going from your perspective"

any recommandation what should I talk to make me looks good, i think I work hard, but does not present myself too good, my boss does not talk with me too much, he usually get status from lead.
