俺刚开始找工作，昨天开始的，不知道要多长时间才能找到？

说一下，是IT民工， 大约3年经验，在芝加哥地区，除了往monster, careerbuilder, dice 还有craigslist发简历，还有啥招。
我发现就直接用这些网站提供的申请方式，以前从来没得到过回音。
还有什么其它的诀窍，以前从没在美国申请过工作， 请看看我还要做些什么，
还有怎样跟recruiter公司联系推销自己， 打电话过去问？
