你要有这种心理：我说的话，都是认真想过的，我每做一件事都是my best effort given the best available information under the spedific circumstances.

所以，失败的时候，我没有错，也许我们应该have more communcation， more alignment upward and downward.
every employee is a stake holder and should hold accountable...
