here is my reasons

在工作上每个人都有自己的优点和缺点，都需要彼此包容。有些人的优点是从来不迟到，缺点是上班时间爱聊天。只要工作能很好的完成，我们就不需要去给别人挑刺。她的行为就是不包容别人的非致命性的缺点。我觉得我掐点上班没什么错。工作本来就不是一件全程愉悦的事情，为什么还要强迫自己改掉那一点点的最后的属于自己的并无大害的缺点呢？为什么我能包容她那么多，她就不能包容我这一点点呢？我从心理上接受不了。
