把公司的电脑 染上病毒了，怎么办？

我从家里的电脑拷到公司的电脑上一些文件，结果发现染了病毒，一直生成‘system volume information’的 folder.自己的电脑上没有关系，但是如果上传到公司的server上面 就完蛋了。

会不会被公司fire掉啊.
我能要求重新装系统吗？
