LZ谈到了1个非常有意思的话题，那就是，在美国的国人之男人不如女人之职场命运的残酷现实。亚裔女人在北美是很受欢迎的，所以她们意识到自己有权力去斗争。而亚裔男人，尤其是英文不够好的华裔男人，只能是靠自己的技术，实力，“老好人”，“与世无争”的心态“挣碗饭吃。斗争精神差矣
