职场小女子，你的行为:很-愚-蠢

既然大家都装傻，那我就直言不讳了：职场小女子，你的行为:很-愚-蠢。

1。对自己的认识有误区。我不知道为什么，但是你显然高估自己太多。

2。处理问题的能力太差。虽然很显然这些麻烦都是你自己找的，但是讽刺的是，你在面对问题的时候，又毫无章法，眼睛只是盯着自己的利益，小可谓目光短浅，大之可算职业道德有问题。

3。沟通极其不良。抛开你的职业道德不谈，沟通又有2个层面：语言，文化。你的英语语言水平不是最差，但是词不达意，偏偏又要尽炫耀之事，所谓自爆其短。文化的水平是在于你能否把自己和老板和你的“假想敌”摆在同一个context下：好比秀才遇到兵。可惜你的行为在他们的眼里会是很没有职业修养，所以别人不需要和你剑拔弩张，因为你是那个“兵”，他们已经有默契，而这个默契是在面对你的张狂行为时达成的。如果我是老板，我心里会觉得很无奈，你很可怜。

基于你对整个事件的描述，我的这一番话一定会引起你的反弹，论坛里也会有很多人跳出来为你作脱罪辩护。但是在你发怒之前，请想一想：

- 我为什么花时间打字来写这篇，是为了攻击你吗？
- 我写的很清楚：“你的行为”，旨在就事论事，而非针对你这个人。
- 整个事件因何而来？是谁让你落到最后要散步去平息心头的火，自我安慰？
- 近朱者赤：也许你的身边有不良影响，让你觉得自己有本钱居功自傲。是时候考虑这样的朋友的意见还要不要听？
