来来来，大家讨论讨论。。 怎么让老板给自己加薪。

全信书童鞋说俺想绑个钻石男，其实俺是后知后觉，孩子都生了才知道啥叫钻石男， 于是只好自我粪斗了。

好好，摆摆我的条件先。这份工作干了不到一年，快了，但还不到。当时的OFFER比以前的工作是理想了很多， 所以就跳了。但因为刚上班的时候用前任的LAPTOP，发现了她的薪水比俺高，当然她的资历比我老得不止10年的多。但我知道公司最起码有这个预算。

一年下来，我大刀阔斧地干得热火朝天的，老板从来没任何意见，而且从各方面反映我的水准是超过了前任。于是，我就想要前任的薪水。

现在犹豫着怎么开口，权威报告，比如SALARY。COM什么的我是一定要搜集的，还要找些个猎头要点资料证明偶得价值，但好像不能让老板知道我怎么知道前任的薪水了。。否则显得我不够专业。

还有什么办法呢？谢谢大家的良药，给啥我都吃。
