I don't know Dr. Li (he is your friend) personally.

My friend works in Georgia, too though not in Atlanta.
I knew Tampa well, impressed by Clearwater beach and the lower price of house.

One of my colleagues, later becoming a Stanford professor, made a fortune by selling his company, retired in Saratoga, a little south to Tampa.
