请大家分析，我是得罪老板了吗？

在一大公司做entry level，工作８个月了。 有两个老板，supervisor and manager. four month ago, team leader was on business trip. supervisor asked me if i can send work report to him because he wants to learn my project. he is in management role with a MBA and out of field background. I said sure i would like to do that.

team leader later knows about this and told me that i do not have to send report to supervisor since he knows nothing about our work and he will talk with supervisor. i told it to supervisor that leader will talk with him about it and I will cc report to him soon. Later, team leader changed his mind and let me cc report to supervisor. I cc report to supervisor from then.

now, performance review is coming. manager who is expert in our field and heavily interacts with my teamleader, told me that team leader is very happy with my performance and he think that i have done extremely well. When i talk with supervisor, he said he does not know me very well?! In fact, I keep him updated with my work every week and talk with him every month. I doubt something went wrong. How can i get along well with supervisor? Thank you for your time and input.
