Security background check-laotu please come in

Conference is too late for east coast. I ask my questions here, I appreciate it if you or other people could help me.

Recently I applied for the position at an airport, HR told me that they would have security background check processed by other company. The background check company probably asks me to fill some forms and they will face to face talk to me.

I guess the security is different form the usually background check, also it is different from clearance background check with is usually for federal govenment

My questions:
1)Will HR give the copy of my resume to that company, and then the background check company will ask questions to my employers (previous and current) based on my resume? My resume probably has 10%-15% 水分.

2)The airport company will give me a contingency offer before the background check. They will contact my current employer. My current supervisor is very mean to her team that is why I am looking for a new job in this bad job market. There are only two persons in her team (me and a senior guy). Last year, my performance review is “successful”, but inside the report, she still put some bad words. She gave the senior guy is “need improve” and 3 month late she fired him. We will have a new senior people coming on next week. I have several argues with her during the pasted one year. I also kept several emails that she congratulated me for doing a good job. But I still think she will not give me a good or fair performance comment to the background check company. Should I talk to her that someone would contact her to check me, what should I say during conversation? If she gives them a bad reference, that means I will lose the offer?
