医学院毕业以后在美国怎么当医生或者检验师

小女子医学院毕业，本来过来读PHD，但是老板没拿到funding，准备master毕业。也许明年可以拿到好学校的PhD offer，但是可能还要读5-6年。

听说MD可以直接申请postdoctor，不知道这样可行吗? 拿身份也快很多。但是MD的科研思维能力没有PHD强，估计独立设计课题还不行，有问题吗？是不是应该在其他MD下面做postdoctor 比较好。

拿到身份以后考医生或者当检验师，听说美国缺检验人员，考检验board 估计比考医生轻松好多。不知道医院的绿卡办的怎么样。

估计还是postdoctor最稳妥拿绿卡。

请大家帮我出出主意，请不要说嫁给美国公民，我想自己拿。
