-- Good communication; (You need pass interview and know what they say in work)
-- Understand some basic software testing process; (You already have it)
-- With a degree is better, but without it is also OK in many companies. (Your China degree is OK)
That's it.

Software test need good skill, not degree.
Many IT job need skill, not degree.
