2nd round interview - Accounting job

I applied this assistant controller posistion. I past 1st round interview. Next Tuesday I will be meeting with CEO, Investors, or the rest of ppl from accouting dept.

I have not much interview experiences in USA and I really liked this job. I'm really nervous too. I don't know what kind of questions they are going to ask.
Does anyone has same experience? Can you put in some suggestions?
