像我这样的为啥找不到工作？

基本情况：

非会计本科，美国会计master
上学期间找过volunteer做过半年，还做过tax的volunteer，在考CPA中。现在除了考CPA，不知道还能干啥。

有人说，一直找、努力找就能找着。我都找了快一年了，还没找着。说要不断提高自己，除了考CPA，还有什么要提高的？口语？听力？抓人讲话？

现在连找个volunteer都那么不容易，特别是和专业相关的。

自信心已经被打击的不剩多少了。。。


PS：本来只在当地投，郁闷加沮丧；现在开始全美国投，还是没啥回音。我的前途在何方？还有可恶的身份问题。回国我这样转行的，更没办法找到工作了。怎么办？
