几个有关失业救济金的问题，请各位有经历的帮忙解答一下

1.申请失业救济金是要在在公司的package结束之后才能申请。还是right after employment termination 就可以申请？

2. 申请失业救济金对申请公民的process有没有negative 的影响？

3.我下面希望找政府部门的工作，申请失业救济金对申请府部门的工作有没有negative 的影响？

4.失业救济金是不是就是unemployment insurance claim
