考虑再三， 准备换工作了

从Manager降到Scientist感觉上就不好，以前是开开会拿嘴派活的，现在又要拣起几年前的老本行，去做Bench work了。
我在一材料公司，化工类专业。这里有同行吗？现在工作市场怎么样？
