Position Summary
The Crystal Report Developer is responsible for Crystal reports request analysis, business requirements collection, reports design, development and validation. Functions as a key point of user contact and customer service and is accountable for user satisfaction. This position requires broad understanding of key areas of the healthcare business.

Job Functions
1. Design, develop, validate and deploy clinical reports
8226; Work directly with business owners to understand business needs and gather requirements
8226; Follow report development life cycle to implement and validate reports
8226; Document requirements, changes and comments and manage the reports Inventory
2. Maintains the highest level of expertise and competence in the proper operation and optimal use of assigned applications.
8226; Work closely with report requestors to clarify needs and ensure that deliverables are to their specifications and delivered in a timely manner.
8226; Communicate effectively with report requestors, team, IS staff and management during the report development process.

Requirements
8226; B. S. or higher degree in computer science.
8226; 3+ years of experience with one of the reporting tools: Crystal Reports, Business Objects, Cognos.
8226; 1+ years of experience with database: Oracle, SQL Server, SQL, PL/SQL.
8226; Proven analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
8226; In-depth understanding of key business applications and related information technologies.
8226; Good verbal and written communications skills.

Education
Bachelor's or advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare Informatics, and/or licensed healthcare professional desirable.

This job opens immediately, and requires 80% traveling.
