很痛心, Manager位置被撤了

最近公司重组，把我手下的人全调到了另一组。 然后人事部门的人说因Business需要，我的部门被撤，所以我的Manager位置不存在了， 我被调到其它部门做Scientist。
有人碰到这种情况吗？ 我是不是应该换工作了？
