Very interesting interview situation about hiring a contractor

ZT:

活干不完，老板允许招一个contractor，帮3-6个月的忙。 欢喜之下，通知跟公司有关系的contractor firms, 赶紧送resume来，有job opening! 那是1个月前的事情。

我K,当时立马收到一打resume, 都牛X！赶紧抱着谦虚的态度一个个interview. 两星期过去后，一个没挑中。

contracting firm的hunter急了，打电话问我是不是花多眼乱了，怎么还没人中标？我说你给的那些牛X都TMD吹出来的，稍微问深一点的问题就好像偶的英文臭到人家听不懂的地步。 你说，你说，how is my English?

head-hunter 连连道歉，问是否能够把条件说得更具体些，他好有针对性的当个媒人。我说了一通，然后问，你听明白了？“偶噎死，我不会让你失望的”。

上两个星期，他又给我送了一堆resume, NND，我一眼看上去都一个cookie cutter出来的。Resume 格式一样，名字也差点一样（最起码一样难读）。不同的是每个人在我需要的方面多加了些字，而且用黑体凸显出来。

抱着侥幸心理给4个打电话，耐心听完了脑子里分不清谁是张三谁是李四，反正好像都哒哒哒在高层上口若悬河，一问具体就好像舌头生了溃疡或痔疮，半天说不出一句话。

摸清了他们的套路也挺好玩。到一些问题的时候，我会把电话mute, 跟同事说，我要问下个问题了，你们仔细听听他们是不是google
