一个规则:工资谁先说百家姓的二娃,谁输.
两个阶段:First stage, focus on sell yourself. Second stage, focus on negotiation (including salary, bonus, title, vacation, work from home, layoff package, etc., depends on your level of position)
三个条件: Salary, Lifestyle, Marketable Skill sets.
