救我啊

公司新来了个同事，搞的我实在不爽，现在说话像做贼似的。。。

每次同事来和我讨论事情（工作或私人)，他都要听，而且经常我还没有回答，他就坐在他的座位上抢先回答。现在我和别人谈事情，会尽力压低声音，可是他听力实在太好了。。。

那位朋友有好的解决办法吗？
