请教大家问一个如果评估问题

在公司干了快5年了, 一直还可以. 但是去年换了一个印度老板和我关系很差. 他最近给我的performance review 很差, 而且说这是written notice, 在两个月内没改善就terminate. 我想问问如果现在走是不是就没有记录, 而如果terminate了就有记录?以后不好找.
