DBA不做performance tunning谁来做？developer来做？

我有点糊涂了。看来公司整体水平不够高。

恭喜你拿到两个offer.

但技术含量不高的DBA可以是你介入DBA比较好的点，不会把事情搞砸了，以后可以慢慢自己学。DBA的薪水&工作压力&skill set比developer好很多，别丢了这个好机会。
