工作中be humble 并且 be confident

自谦就是把自己的作用作为故意降低，在职场上没有多大好处。自高自大是相反地夸大自己的作用作为，只有使自己脱离群体。

谦卑不是自卑也不是自谦。 谦卑就是不以自己所做所有的来故意抬高自己挤压别人，而是把自己所有的以分享与奉献的姿态使用出来，贡献与the common goods of the organization/society. 谦卑的人倒是要把自己拥有的能力毫无保留的展现给别人，在需要的时候能派上用场。所以说谦卑的人应该是自信而不自高的人。
