如果他对你好评，说明他很公正，没有听谗言，你也不必费口舌，说多了反而不好。如果他对你的能力或工作方式提出某种不合实际的评价，也许他是偏听偏信了，这时候先深呼吸，很professional地，不显露情绪的，陈述事实，表明你被误解了，不一定非得说被人陷害了。总之，be professional, be calm, be honest, and be humble。
