what does it mean ? HELP!

Dear all,

I got a on-site interview 5 weeks ago.The Hiring manager told me that I am the first one and two candidates will be interviewed after me.I emailed HR today to check the status.HR emailed back --- we are still conducting interview and will make decision in two weeks. What does it mean?
