a really INTENSE two-day exam offered by the IRS.

It's much less work than becoming a CPA.
All you have to is passing a really INTENSE two-day exam offered by the IRS. Pass it and you're certified. Even no degree requirement.

"A PIECE OF CAKE!", somebody think(s):)

however, however, it's actually a tough test for most accountants:). There are four parts, covering: individuals, sole proprietorships and partnerships, corporations, fiduciaries, estate and gift tax and trust ethics, record-keeping, procedures, appeal procedures, and exempt organizations.

I know two people around me registering this test. They thought the test was easy, but they all failed at their first try.

good luck!!!
