和大家分享一个失败的电面经历

昨天有个第二轮电话面试，第一轮是HR，昨天是HM，一上来让我talk about myself, 我刚开始介绍，她忽然说没有我的简历，HR没给她，我说Email给她，没想到我的文件时WORD 2007version， 她打不开，只好copy and paste 给她，谁知刚介绍完自己，她忽然说我是她第一个面试的人，但她需要把所有的CANDIDATE 资料都整理齐后再由HR或她通知我，就这么结束了。随后给她发了邮件，谢谢她同时询问了是否需要再reschedule phone interview, 今天打电话问了HR，HR 根本不知道昨天的情况，后来她问了HM说待HM面试好其他CANDIDATE后再作决定，在下周末会通知我。但我知道已经没戏了。

现在想来我失败的原因可能在于对突发事件的处理上还不够灵活，可能以上突发事件本身就是考题，就是看CANDIDATE是如何处理的，没有RESUME，可以通过口头详述，但我昨天介绍自己的时候，只着重介绍了我在每一家公司所学到的技能和MAJOR ACHIEVEMENTS，应该再详细介绍一下在每家公司的职责。

现在真的感觉面试就像相亲，如果不来电的话，马上就TURN OFF。 哈哈哈。
