帮忙出出主意吧

我在国内拿到教育硕士学位,来了以后,因大家都告知教师工作难找,即使是持证的洋人,school board 已经很多年不open full time position 了.所以没去teacher college 拿证(现在看是对的).而是转而去community college 读了个diploma(跟教育相关),现开始找工,发现难找.有人建议我再读个幼儿教育的diploma,只需一年.大家觉的怎样?幼儿教师配的低,但位置多些.我不知该怎么办.有人勇气很大,转行学护士,我一直下不了决心转行,虽没有孩子,但岁数也不小了,想转行,要从头开始,不易,大家说我该怎么办?先谢啦!_:o
