Hill needs to know how to pick your fights.

Fighting with other department heads is not your job, unless you talk to the big boss first and he tells you to do so. Otherwise, it is a lossing battle.

Also, don't be mis-led by the big boss when he said you're a dangerous woman to him. He probably said to dozens of other women already. In my company, he would have got into trouble for sexual harrasment.
