给山坡博士提个醒--我根本不认为老板说的是实话

给每个MANAGER一个底分? 没见过这种老板,除非他疯了.

给每个MANAGER一个底分的理由是什么,到处树敌?还是好玩?还是自己公司的底分数象移民一样的有"陪额",非得分出去不可,而且非得分给MANAGERS?.

这样说的唯一理由是山坡博看不到每个MANAGER的评分. 是十足的敷衍.
