per diem help?

Contract agent just emailed me:

I was just wondering if you were keeping your permanent address in Florida because if you are we can do per diem.

What does per diem mean? Yes, first I go to Texas by myself. My family will stay in Florida. I will travel back to Florida. Maybe in the future family will move to Texas too. I will still keep my Florida's house or maybe rent out. How to approve that we still keep my permanent address in Flordia?

I learn a lot from this from. Thanks for all help!

As some friends here said after two months building up interview experience, we know how to prepare interview and we can find job. Keep on trying and we can do it.
