真正要站的住脚，让大家接受，就要融入。＂融入＂简单的２个字包含的很多。
首先技术要能行（就也是对自己的行业要精通），太胎了准被人踢出局。

但我说的＂融入＂主要还是文化层次上的。commu skills 就是必须的桥梁。没法谈的不空，等着你更有效的课呢？：）
