你是技术上很smart的人,心好而急; 交流呢作为Individual contributor is ok, 但是作为leader, 这里很有讲究的特别在老美公司(也许你的做法会受到欧洲公司的赞扬,但是不是美国公司). being aggressive是否得到支持 有时侯和公司的文化是有关的.另外语言的掌握分寸非常非常重要,当然性格也很重要.有些东西是你不一定注意的,但是别人很在意.当然你是中国人也是1原因,但是主要是文化和语言的掌握!

你其实可以非常nice. 有些人做的不好是没有办法的,你要从别人的出发点想,然后提出问题所在,不要那么教条那么着急催,因为不是每个人都愿意象你那样努力勤恳工作的. 如果别人或组表现不够好,就要在planning 会议前和别人私下提出来,不要不给别人面子开会当众提出来.大家和气生财么. 关键不是别人做的太烂了,而是要表现自己如何团结合作,而且女人要象女人样子,和女人们要努力打成一片啊否则落个stearo type chinese woman 的名字不好的. In corporate america, it's all about looking good.

很多老美公司人很懒惰,也没办法,关键是你如何能脱颖而出! 动动脑筋,多观察老大如何处理事情的! 最后我认为大老板是欣赏你,为你好,反正这个review不牵涉钱,他是提醒你啊,一定是收到了其他方面对你的质疑,说你太厉害了,you need to relax
