Is $60/hr (all included) contract in Oakloand CA good?

听说加州生活费用很高，不知道60刀一小时如何。我家在东北部，现在形势不好，只好跑得更远了。租房子（studio/ one bed apt)，加上我一个人的日常生活费用，一个月要多少钱？
