大女儿已经到了上学的年龄，小的也要上daycare，这边工作还不闲，老公当年边工作边考board连花了三年的时间，家里还什么都不管，这住院医眼看就要做完了，我又要搭进去，连考试带做住院医起码五六年时间，两家老人都帮不上，再说孩子要人教育啊，真难，这日子过得，又想充实自己的事业，又想顾及到家庭，真不容易
