正在找工作中，想让几年前的领导（这里的，不是国内的）做个REFERENCE，可是时间长了，也很久没联系了，想写个EMAIL，婉转的问侯下，然后再要求，请教高手如何写这封EMAIL好啊？？？请给点主意，谢谢。
