年中评估 half-year review

昨天做了盼望已久的半年评估。 进现在的公司不到1年，这已经是我第2次评估了。评估一切都好，老板们对我的最大的要求就是做到 work-life balance, 千万不能因工作压力大而quit. 评估结束前，老板们给了60K的“年中奖”，这还是预料之中的事，没想到的是，老板们还加了我20K的工资，这已经是今年第2次加工资了。更没想到的是，老板们还给了我一份近150K的长期分红奖金，(4-5年后可以开始拿这笔钱）。
这样一来，我第一次拿到年薪近~250K。以前从来没有想过有一天能拿这么多，就算跳槽前也不知道新公司能给这么多。
看来还是要dream big.想想什么时候能够300K，400K。。。
