You really smart. I totally agree with your post below about WIN-WIN. and you have ask the exact questionI have in mind for myself.

I have been thinking about this since the new director came in. But didn't want to spoil it for the PM. Guess we just have to play office politics to get ahead. So I am thinking of presenting my case and making the proposal to work for the director. Just wondering how to effectively present it.

Any Suggestions?
