关于offer -- 在线等.

最近面试了两家公司，一家已经给了offer，第二家HR正在moving forward，更想去第二家公司，我应该告诉第二家HR我已经有一个offer吗？如果说了对我有什么不利吗？

因为第一家offer 一个星期有效，怕第二家工作效率慢.
我应该等等再说吗？
