记得快要毕业时，找工作来这个论坛取经。

当时对一个ID为“CPA“的印象很深。 她说她在一个CPA firm作auditor，有其他的公司来挖她作internal auditor, including Enst&young, one of Big 4. 可是她有点犹豫不定， 因为老板非常fair, 那一年给她涨了２０％的工资（可他的老板并不知道她要离开）。不知道后来她换工作了没？

毕业这几年来， 一直在追求这种让老板境界主动给涨工资或升职的境界，可是发现涨幅越来越小；）））
