基本生活费 over $4000, 换地方?

INCOME 很快要下来了, 基本生活费最少得, 如何安排. 听听意见, 要不要换个地方活呀.

rental 1500 low end at a good school district
water 75 city gabarge + water
P&GE 75 averaged over summer/winter/spring/fall
Internet/Phone 80 base internet access + phone + 1 basic mobile
Food 800 range in 600 to 900
Piano 200 40 per week + books + recital
AutoInsurance 100 1 car + 1 van, both low end vehicles
Gas 100 home-office-school pretty close to each other already
CarCare 70 reg fee $118 each per year, oil change, tyre, brake, AAA
KidCare 600 after school 560 Chinese learning + arts 40
ballet 100 980+photo + recital + dressing devided by 12
School 90 lunch 2.5x22=55, photo fee, field trip fee, book fun, teacher thank
Misc. 200
baby 70 diaper + formula + clothing
HealthCare 60 co-pay + co-insurance + drug + vitamin + Vision + Dental
4120



Looking back, what a life of us. no quality at all, with pretty much pressure. Something wrong with our expense? Seems nothing can be removed, already cut to bone.

The best case, $300 could be saved from the total for some lucky month(s)...... long long hoooooo.
