气死人了，你们帮我看看因该怎样做

B 在一个公司做了5年的accountant...薪水好不容易每年涨点涨到60K。可是今天在jobs.com发现了公司请人。工作范围呢10样里面有9样是b现在正在做的。问题是一个新人，starting salary 居然是63K-73K. 而b 做了5年，薪水都不到这个新职位的最低起薪 。b 应该 跟上司讲 （上司很没用的，永远都不会帮员工谋福利），还是跟老板讲（老板对加薪是很敏感的）？还是不讲。

告诉我这个情形应该怎样做嘛。。谢谢啦
