急问交通违规会不会对未来造成很坏影响?

我一个月前在VA开高速达到了92mile/hour, 远远超过了当时限速70mile/hour。当时就被警察抓了个正着.拿到了一张Reckless driving的法院传票。 回去后在网上查了一下(那些律师的网站),在VA,reckless driving 非常严重,是criminal,会影响以后找工作甚至移民等事情。但公司律师询问了她的交通方面的朋友却说因该不会那么糟,劝我认了罪罚钱得了。


请问各位达人有谁有类似的经验? 到底这件事情影响会多坏? 多谢大家。
